The Welcome BBQ is today from 4 to 5:30 pm! I have sent home the tickets that you will need to bring with you to receive your food.
Language
The students reviewed the formation and sound of the letter P. The students practiced printing upper and lower case letter P and circled short P words with an activity sheet. We enjoyed exploring a search and find game using P word picture cards. Each of the students had the opportunity to find a card hidden in the classroom and practiced spelling the word.
Unit of Inquiry
The students enjoyed role playing and acting out the process of cow to milk products. The students also worked on a matching activity sheet.
Math
The SK's continued working on ten frames and were introduced to 20 frames. The students used manipulatvies and worked on an activity sheet to show their understanding.
