We combined our Unit of Inquiry activity with our language today.  The students worked on the written portion of the melting  snowman and snowlady activity.  We first brainstormed and finished the sentence "My snowman/lady melted because...."  The students used their imagination to finish the sentence and each wrote a sentence or two.
