Inquiry into Language
The SK's practiced the sound and formation of the blend sound ou. The SK's brainstormed words that have the ou blend and practiced their printing skills in their booklets.

UOI
We continued our UOI on Community Helpers! The students enjoyed watching Zootopia which shows examples of different community helper jobs. It also gave those students who needed extra time to finish the good copies for the written section of their summative.
Daily 5
The students were engaged in Literacy Centers with partners.
Math
The SK's continued reviewing Canadian money (coins). Today the students reviewed the value of a a Penny and Nickel and worked in groups with manipulatives.
Music
Ms. McMillan was away today, we continued practicing our song for Arts Night.
