Today for music class I would love for you to make your own musical instrument to have at home for music class to play while you sing.  Here are some examples of instruments you can make.  A shaker out of a paper towel roll, a guitar out of a cereal box, or a drum using a tin can and spoon.  Be creative and have fun!  When you are finished making your musical instrument please sing a song of your choice such as "I am a Fine Musician".
Enjoy making musical instruments!  Feel free to send me a picture of you playing your instrument at amcmillan@stjudesacademy.com
