Inquiry into Language
The students reviewed the formation and sound of the blend AR. The SK's worked with partners to sound out and match AR words to complete each sentence with a writing activity.
Inquiry into Math
The students continued learning more about Time by the half hour! The students reviewed what they learned yesterday and practiced using their analog clocks they made yesterday. The SK's worked with partners and worked on an activity sheet.
Unit of Inquiry
We continued to learn more about Community Helpers! The students learned more about the role of a teacher within the community. The students watched an Emily Yeung video that explored more about the roles and responsibilities of a teacher. The SK's worked on a writing activity and engaged in a role playing activity in groups, each student had the opportunity to pretend to be the teacher to their peers.
