Thankful Thursday!

The students enjoyed celebrating both the 100th Day of School and Valentine Spirit Day! We started our day with a fun house game and had the students present their 100th Day of School art projects. I was so impressed with what the students came up with! There we also other teachers and students who were admiring their work! The students who presented their Show & Share for the blend sound OO did a great job as well. The SK's created Valentine bags to help hold all of their treats and cards to take home.

Who We Are:

Central Idea: A community’s members are responsible for working together, in order to establish a common purpose.

· The people who make up our community.

· The role of community members.

· Into global communities.

How We Express Ourselves:

An inquiry into the ways in which we discover and express ideas, feelings, nature, culture, beliefs and values; the ways in which we reflect on, extend and enjoy our creativity; our appreciation of the aesthetic

Central Idea: We can express our feelings & emotions in many different ways throughout the year.

Lines of Inquiry:

· Why people experience different feelings.

· How our senses allow us to investigate our environment.
