Thankful Thursday!


Language
The students reviewed the formation and sound of the letter Ee.  The students practiced printing upper and lower case letter Ee and circled short Ee words with an activity sheet.  We enjoyed exploring a search and find game using Ee word picture cards.  Each of the students had the opportunity to find a card hidden in the classroom and practiced spelling the word.

Unit of Inquiry
The students completed their Pumpkin Investigation booklets, the students drew designs of what they wanted the class pumpkin to look like.  The students had a sharing circle and described what kind of designs they created and what inspired them.

Math
The SK's continued practicing their Patterning skills.  Today the students focused on AAB and ABB patterns, they used manipulatives and showed their understanding with an activity sheet.
