UOI
Our class enjoyed exploring the outdoors with the other SK classes, as part of our nature walk for our unit of inquiry (Seasons/Spring).  The students had partners and had to check spring items that they found outdoors, to complete their Spring Nature Hunt.  When we got back, we had a sharing circle and talked about what we observed and wrote sentences in our Journals.

Daily 5
The students were engaged in Literacy Centers with partners.

Math
The SK's continued learning more about Measurement.  The students worked in their math books and worked with partners with a nonstandard unit measuring activity.  The SK's used a variety of materials as measuring tools and recorded their finding in their math books.

Music
Ms. McMillan was away today, we continued practicing our song for Arts Night.
