Inquiry into Language
The SK's practiced the sound and formation of the blend sound ea. The SK's brainstormed words that have the ea blend sound and practiced printing in their booklets. The students also worked with partners on a word search activity.

UOI
We continued our unit on Seasons and Feelings (Spring). Today we reviewed the life cycle of a plant and each student had the opportunity to plant their own seed.
Daily 5
The students were engaged in Literacy Centers with partners.
Math
The SK's continued our unit in Measurement. The students compared lengths of objects (longest and shortest). The students worked in their Math books and worked with manipulatives to assist their learning.
