The SK's practiced the sound, formation and brainstormed short words with the oi blend. The students worked with partners on a word search and individually on their printing booklets.

UOI
We continued our UOI on Community Helpers! The students watched a video about the role of a fire fighter and how they help in the community. The SK's worked on reading, colouring and putting in order their own fire fighter booklets and we read it together in a reading circle.
Daily 5
The students were engaged in Literacy Centers with partners today.
Math
The SK's focused on a Canadian Money pre-test today.
