We would like to wish Amogh a Happy Birthday! The students started their day with a fun house game and the December Communicator Award ceremony, congratulations to Aishini and all the other winners!

Central Idea: Farms are providers of many of our daily nutritional needs.

Lines of Inquiry:

· The steps involved in getting food to our tables

· The inquiry into the benefits of edible plant parts.

· Into why we need a variety of different farms.

Where We are in Place and Time:

An inquiry into orientation in place and time; personal histories; homes and journeys; the discoveries, explorations and migrations of humankind; the relationships between and the interconnectedness of individuals and civilizations, from local and global perspectives.

Central Idea: The exploration of our solar system can lead to a better understanding of our place in the universe.
