Wonderful Wednesday!

The students who presented today for their Down on the Farm Summative assignment did a great job!  I am excited to see the rest of the presentations tomorrow.  It is encouraged that all students are to participate in dressing like farmers =)

Language
The students practiced the formation and sound of the letter Oo.  The students practiced printing upper and lower case letter Oo and short words that begin with the letter Oo in their printing books.  We enjoyed an eye spy game, finding pictures in our large Jolly Phonics book, that begins with the letter Oo.  The students also practiced their sentence writing skills in their Journals.

Unit of Inquiry
The students presented their Down on the Farm Summative presentations.

Math
The SK's reviewed more or less with ten frames, they used manipulatives and showed their work on activity sheets.
