Wonderful Wednesday!

Language
The students reviewed the formation and sound of the letter Cc.  The students practiced printing upper and lower case letter Cc and circled short Cc words with an activity sheet.  We enjoyed exploring a search and find game using Cc word picture cards.  Each of the students had the opportunity to find a card hidden in the classroom and practiced spelling the word.

Unit of Inquiry
The students enjoyed the Ontario Dairy Farmers presentation today!  The students were engaged and participated in activities that focused on where milk comes from, the tools they used, the different types of cows that are found in Ontario farms and the foods that the cows eat.

Math
The SK's did a great job with their first Math test, I will try my best to have them marked and sent home by the end of the week.
