We had a busy Friday, with Down on the Farm presentations and our first Math Test! I was so impressed with the presentations today and proud of how focused the students were during their Math Test! I will be busy this weekend marking the Math Test and the rubric for the presentations, so that it will be sent home on Tuesday.
Inquiry into Language
The SK's practiced the sound and formation of the letter Oo, the students also brainstormed words that begin with the letter. The students practiced their printing skills in their printing booklets.

Gym
Ms. Yustin is away this week, Ms. Bancud will be in for her all week.
French
Mlle. Hou continued to teach the students about farm animals in French.
Unit of Inquiry
We continued our Down on the Farm presentations today!
Music
The students enjoyed learning new songs with Mr. Flower today .
Math
The students did a great job with their Number Relations Test today.
Reminders:
-Chudleigh's Apple Farm trip will take place October 15th. Students are to wear gym clothes on that day. and are to be at school by 9:00 am. Parents who are volunteering, we are to meet you at the farm due to lack of space in the bus.
-Summative Assignment Presentations are due and will take place on Thursday, October 11th and Friday, October 12th. Students are encouraged to dress up as farmers!
-Number Relations Test will take place on Friday, October 12th. Review packages are going home today, it is not mandatory. We will be reviewing at school as well
