Happy Thursday!

We had another great day!
The students started their day off with a review of classroom guidelines with our own Classroom Pledge.  The SK's shared their own ideas and examples that related to the guidelines and each signed their names, to promise to follow the pledge.
UOI-We started our introduction to Down on the Farm unit with a brainstorming activity that focused on where our food comes from.  We continued with a matching activity about meat and animals.  There were also a few SK's that shared about how they do not eat meat because of various reasons.
Math- We had a lot of fun exploring calculators and identifying the different number and symbol keys on them.
Language-The students had another "test" today, this time it was to show their upper and lower case printing skills.
Music-The SK's enjoyed exploring a variety of songs with Mr. Flowers.
